02 / Custom voice agents

Your business.
Your voice.
A new way to connect.

We build custom AI voice agents around your business: how you speak, what your customers ask and what needs to happen next.

From answering enquiries to qualifying leads and helping with appointments, we design the conversation and connect it to the tools your team uses.

DESIGNED AROUND YOUR WORKFLOW

A conversation.
A useful next step.

  1. 01
    Answer & understand

Business knowledge, common questions and a voice that fits your brand.

  2. 02
    Connect & act

Lead capture, booking flows and CRM connections, scoped to your tools.

  3. 03
    Hand over with context

Clear escalation to your team when a conversation needs a person.

Every agent is custom-built. Integrations agreed during discovery.

Services

Six areas of work. Most projects draw on two or three of them; the first conversation is where we work out which.

Custom Voice Agents

A voice agent built around your business knowledge, tone and workflows. We design the conversation, connect the tools it needs and test the paths from a first enquiry to a useful next step, including when to hand over to your team.

  • AI phone assistants
  • Lead qualification
  • Appointment and enquiry flows
  • CRM and calendar integrations
  • Human handover

Websites & Commerce

Your website is where most buyers decide whether to take you seriously. We build sites that load fast, read clearly on any device, and are structured so the right visitors take the next step. For commerce, that means checkout, catalogue and fulfilment that behave under real traffic.

  • Custom website development
  • Conversion-focused landing pages
  • Ecommerce platforms
  • Headless websites

SaaS & Digital Products

A product has to be usable on day one and still sound on year three. We build the first version to learn from, with the account model, billing and permissions designed so the platform can take on more customers without a rewrite.

  • MVP development
  • Multi-tenant SaaS platforms
  • Customer portals
  • Subscription systems
  • Web applications

Business Software

Off-the-shelf software makes you work its way. Custom software works yours. We replace the spreadsheets, re-keyed data and manual hand-offs with systems that match how your team already operates, then remove the steps that no longer need a person.

  • Custom CRM systems
  • ERP solutions
  • Internal tools
  • Operations dashboards
  • Booking platforms
  • Workflow automation

Integrations & AI

Most operational pain is data living in two places. We connect your accounting, CRM, payments, logistics and communication tools so information moves on its own. Where AI genuinely helps, such as sorting inbound requests, drafting first replies or extracting data from documents, we add it to solve that one problem well.

  • Third-party API integrations
  • Connected business systems
  • Practical AI features

Product Design & Support

Before building, we work out what is worth building. After launch, we keep the software current, secure and moving with your business. Older systems can be modernised in stages rather than replaced in one risky cut-over.

  • Product strategy
  • UX/UI design
  • Software modernisation

Why ASWConverts

No claims about being the best. Just the way we work, so you can judge whether it fits how you work.

Discovery that produces decisions
We start by understanding how your business actually runs: who does what, where the friction is, and what has to be true for the project to count as a success. The output is a written scope you can hold us to, not a slide deck.
Design people can use without training
Interfaces are designed around the tasks your staff and customers repeat every day. We prototype the important screens early and test them with the people who will use them before anything is built in earnest.
Code your next developer will thank us for
We build with well-supported frameworks, write tests where failures would cost you money, and document the decisions. You own the repository and can hand it to anyone.
Communication you do not have to chase
You will know what is being worked on, what is finished and what is blocked, in plain language, on a schedule agreed at the start. Surprises are a sign something has gone wrong, so we work to avoid them.
Delivery in stages you can see
Work is released in working increments, each one reviewable in a real environment. You see progress as software, not as a percentage in a status report.

How projects move forward

Four stages. Each one ends with something you can open, read or use.

  1. Discover

Workshops with the people who run the process today. Review of existing systems and data. Definition of what the first release must do.

    You receive
    • A written scope with priorities
    • A map of the systems involved
    • A plan with stages and a proposed timeline
  2. Design

Information architecture, user flows and interface design for the core screens, tested with real users where the stakes justify it.

    You receive
    • Clickable prototype of the key journeys
    • Design system for the product
    • Technical architecture and data model
  3. Build

Development in short cycles, each ending with working software on a staging environment you can open and use.

    You receive
    • Regular working releases to review
    • Integrations connected and tested against live systems
    • Documentation as the product grows
  4. Launch & Improve

Controlled release with data migration, training and a monitoring period. Then a cadence of improvements based on how the product is actually used.

    You receive
    • Production deployment and handover
    • Training material for your team
    • An improvement backlog and a support arrangement that suits you

Engagement options

Three ways to work together. Pricing and timelines depend on scope, and we set both out in writing after discovery.

Focused project build

Good fit for

A defined piece of work with a clear finish line: a new website, a customer portal, an internal tool, a CMS migration.

How it runs

Fixed scope agreed in discovery, delivered in stages with review points. Best when you know what you need and want it done properly.

MVP to launch

Good fit for

A new product or SaaS platform that needs a first version in front of real users, and a path from there to a platform that scales.

How it runs

We shape the smallest release that proves the idea, build it on foundations that will not need replacing, and stay on for the releases that follow.

Ongoing product support

Good fit for

Software that is live and important to the business, with a steady flow of improvements, integrations and maintenance.

How it runs

A standing arrangement with a monthly rhythm: a prioritised backlog, planned releases, security updates and a team that already knows your system.

About

ASWConverts is a software development and digital product company. We build the systems companies run on, and the websites and products they grow with.

The work sits between two disciplines that are usually kept apart: understanding how a business makes money and loses time, and the craft of building software that is pleasant to use and sound underneath. We care about both. A beautiful interface on top of a fragile data model helps nobody, and neither does a robust system that staff avoid.

We work with founders launching a product, operators replacing the spreadsheet that has quietly become critical, and marketing teams who need a website that earns its keep. Our content practice, run through SADN, produces the short-form video and launch content that goes with a product, using the same tooling we build for clients.

We are not affiliated with Amazon Web Services. The name is ours.

Questions we are usually asked

Practical answers. Anything specific to your project is covered in the first conversation.

Can you build a custom voice agent for our business?

Yes. We work with you on the voice, business knowledge, conversation flows and handover rules, then connect the agent to supported tools such as your CRM or calendar. We agree the integrations, running costs and testing process before building.

How big or small can a project be?

Anything from a landing page for a single campaign to a multi-tenant platform. What matters is that the scope is clear. If you are not sure what you need yet, discovery is designed to work that out with you before either side commits to a build.

We already have systems. Do we have to replace them?

Usually not. Most projects connect to what you already run, such as accounting, CRM, payments or booking tools, and replace only the parts that are holding you back. Where a full replacement makes sense, we plan the migration in stages so the business keeps operating.

How do we work together during the project?

You will have a named point of contact, a shared place to see progress, and a regular check-in on a schedule we agree at the start. Decisions that affect scope or timeline are raised in writing so nothing is lost in a call.

Can our team edit content without a developer?

Yes. Websites and content products are built on a content management system your team can use to publish pages, posts and media. We set up roles so the right people can edit, review or approve, and we show your team how it works before launch.

What about integrations with our other tools?

Integrations are part of most builds. We work with documented APIs first and discuss the practical limits of each service with you early, since some tools restrict what can be automated. Where a platform has no API, we will tell you rather than promise a workaround.

Who owns the code and the design?

The intent is that you own what you pay for: source code, designs and the accounts it runs on. The specifics, including any third-party licences or open-source components, are set out in the agreement for each project so there is no ambiguity later.

What happens after launch?

Every launch includes a handover and a period of monitoring. Beyond that you can choose ongoing support, where we maintain and improve the product on a monthly rhythm, or take the code in-house. Either way you are not locked in.

Tell us what you’re building.

A few lines is enough to start. We read every message, reply with questions rather than a quote, and will say plainly if we are not the right fit.

A range helps us suggest the right shape of engagement. It is not a commitment.

Links to existing systems or documents are welcome.

We use your details only to reply to this message.
